I enjoy some Tycho, Sigur Ros, Jam Bands, The Glitch Mob, and some Middle Eastern stuff (like Niyaz, Beats Antique) on my headphones while I medicate. Spotify is my lifeblood at home, travel and work.

I highly suggest some excellent headphones for your musical enjoyment for total music immersion. I currently use the V-Moda's Crossfade M100's (the bee's knees, excellent for some good bass) and Sennheiser's HD428's that I picked up super cheap. The crossfades are amplified well, but I use my Galaxy Nexus on the go for equally delicious tunes.

I don't like black metal, but this goes far beyond black metal. It's so good that I have to share, all their experimental work is. Astounding composition, stunning musicianship, powerful production and the jazz sections are beautiful.
These guys are up there with the best metal I've ever heard, well worth checking out even if you're not a fan of the genre (I'm not either.).
