Not sure how I feel about this yet 
It's a 510 drip tip with a cavity for your herbs basically so you can convert ecig atomizers into herb atomizers

So I think their intention is to flavour ecig vapour with herbs rather than what we want but if we do away with the eliquid and cotton and position the coils a little higher than normal we should be able to use it on top of just about any RDA to turn it into a dry herb convection vape
