Convection setup: Vapcap + Enano pairing... Downsides?

Thinking of upgrading my old plug-in conduction vape with this 2-part convection setup:

Home: Epic eNano log vape (with accessories) - Approx. $240
Away: Dynavape Vapcap "M" stainless - Approx. $40

Total under $300. I'm thinking eNano for home dry and waterpipe use, Vapcap for travel and "quick hits" from the pocket when busy.

My other thought is to maybe replace the Vapcap with a Stickybrick Jr., but I don't know how badly this would impact the "portability" of the portable vape over the tiny Vapcap "M"... and it would add another $100 to the total cost, but might be worth it on some levels.

Any thoughts or suggestions on this?

My suggestion goes by which you prefer more. If you want stealth and quick hits, the Dynavap is great. If you want portable convection with a bit less stealth go with the SBJ. From my experience, the Dynavap products are more conduction-centric which lends to a different head space than a similar hit from the SBJ.
Good luck in your search, you cannot go wrong with an e-nano. I own 4........

Can you be a little more specific on the Vapcap "M" being more "conduction oriented" than the SBJ and how that affects your overall experience with both units? Thanks!

The M has more conduction involved with the vaporization process, whereas the SBJ uses strictly convection.
For my tastes, conduction based vapes provide a more sedate, body type high. Convection based vapes give me a better buzz, and I can micro dose all day to keep me at the level of medication that I require.

The Wood Scents log vape by @Ed's TnT incorporates the Vapcap. They work together. Get a WS Log and a Vapcap and you'll have a set.... and be set for at home and on the go.

Just purchased the Vapcap.
e-Nano next week.
I'll probably end up with the SBJ too...

Those are the two Vapes I use exclusively. I have not felt the need to search for something better. I have the M vapcap but prefer TI tipped vapcaps. The m is still great for a portable, just my preference. You really can't go wrong with either one.

Bite the bullet & get a Wood Scent. Not only are they compatible with VapCap tips but I am pretty sure Ed is now including a cap with his units so you get a real all in one setup.

Third +1.... If you are going for an e-nano at full price already and definitely plan on Vapcap for the other choice... you should seriously consider going for the Wood Scents instead for full vapcap compatibility...

I am also a firm believer in 12v log vapes because they offer so many power options & if a PS does die most people have a suitable one around the house they can borrow until they get a new one. Really though it is hard to go wrong with any log vape from a reputable maker. Simple, proven & it works well.
