Concentrate Glass

I have seen several variations of this but could never find a palace to buy it. The glass attachment looks almost like an S-shape arm that goes from the main piece to the nail and dome. It doesn't seen necessary but useful if you don't like the location if your current joint. Could someone tell me where to find this? I hope my description is clear enough

this is similar. I know what you're looking for but I have never seen one for sale alone. I think they are typically made specifically for a piece. I'm sure you could get one made by a blower though.
