I've been vaping for about month now and started noticing changes in my complexion within the first two days. That trend of clearer skin, less redness, and less acne has continued.
I've had bad skin most of my life so I noticed even the slightest of change. The change in the last month has not been subtle at all, it's actually been a pretty drastic one for the better.
What I don't know is that if this change is a result of the vaping, or the lack of combustion because nothing else in my life has changed.
I'm thinking it could only be one of two things:
By vaping and not smoking I'm not receiving the chemicals from combusting that was causing the inflammation.
Or
By vaping only I'm absorbing the medicinal qualities of the herb that is cleaning up the inflammation in my body.
Whatever is happening, the end result is that my skin is much clearer and I'm hoping this is an indication there is less inflammation throughout my entire body.
I'm thinking now that vaping might access more of the medicine over combusting and possibly change a humans absorption rate.
What medicines you receive and don't, may be different when vaping over combustion even if you set aside the fact I'm not inhaling the burnt plant material.
Whatever is happening, not combusting anymore has been a good thing and I'm seeing that on my own face.
