Hi all,
as promise , this is my official review of the I-Inhale pocket vaporizer.
I will split my review in two parts, the parts one is what was my first thought about this vap the first 2-3 day I get it, and the second parts will be after the learning curve so after the 2-3 first days.
first let me just introduce you this vap ; the I-Inhale is a butane powered portable vaporizer ,so no batteries or cord is needed to use this vap . the heating system is pretty complex , it seem to change butane + oxygen in heat + water vapor (for more specs and info http://www.iinhale.com/)
So first, like many people said before the product come in a super nice and clean box (
) that contain one unit (
), a small book to quick start using it and maintenance and a nice small travel bag (also really clean (
) )that contain some spare screens ,parts and cleaning tools .the unit doesn't seem too ''cheap made'' as first look , really clean ,stealth and I'll add class design and they don't lie about the size of the unit it mesure (4 1/4x2 1/2x1inch) , yes it is truly portable (smaller than a iphone but thicker (
) .the user guide is really friendly in a lot of language (also french thanks a lot !!) really easy to understand .so after reading all the stuff,I've fill it up with butane .the filling time is really quick (so this parts is cool cause you don't need to recharge batteries or ?! ) ,and finally I load it up with finely ground herb and I start it up .first time I had start it I was looking at it like a child,woow it work,first thing I had notice was the sound the vap made (kinda breath) but nothing serious (the noise was less than a small butane torch lighter soo), it make a small orange light on the side (
) to show you that it's warming (but you can definitely feel it heating ,the first burst of heat get the unit pretty warm but not armful).After a really quick time I was able to smell the vapor so I had try to hit a puff and I got really thin vapor 
...right after I had try it with less herb in the bowl , and the vapor was still really thin . the day after I was a bit made about this vap cause I was finding it sad to have a unit that nice but wasn't able to get decent vapor from it but I was prepare for a learning curve so I load it again an again an again .after using it with my cousin I was really disappointed cause he was also finding the vapor really thin and taste less ...but I didn't give up and start to think how could I get better result..so first I get off the humidity condenser (
),I had the extra mouthpieces .During the time that I was adding the mouthpiece I was thinking to dig a hole in the center of my herb (once the herb was in the bowl) will maybe help to get better vapor (
)... so I start it back and bang !! each hit was really different that the first time ...I got visible vapor after a really short pre-heating time !!
So since this moment , I was able to get some nice vapor hits from a portable , stealth units YOUHHHOUU ! so let test other thing than the vaporizer it self....my first goal was to test the real stealth test of this vaporizer .At my first day of work (i go to work in bus and most of the time the morning we are like 2-5 person max)I light it up right in the bus ,after about a minute I started to take puff and I was really enjoy it cause nobody was looking at me weird or ?! LOL nothing , the noise of the bus was higher than the vap breath so it was really a nice moment LOL (since this day I always vap in the bus LOL ).during the week end I got and other occasion to test the stealth of this units cause I was vaping with one of my friend out of a bar and a fight start just beside us ...5 min after there was like 4 cops car in the street with a bunch of cops and we just continue to vaporize and nothing happen LOL nobody was knowing that we were vaporizing HAHA WOUHOU !! it was also a nice moment .by holding this vaporizer the the sleeve of a winter coat it IS TOTALLY NINJA !!I had also try to vap with it on rainy/windy/snowy days and didn't notice any difference in the vapor so this is also good , the outer temp doesn't seem to affect the temp of the vaporizer .so after few days I was pretty happy of this unit , nothing to compare with my Extreme or other home vaporizer but I never use back my VG since I have the I-Inhale soo (I also know that VG can't be compare with the I-I cause both are not in the same price range but is just to show that I was satisfy with it )so I call back my cousin for an other vaporisation try and this time the first thing he notice was wow it really work better than the last time now I can see the vapor !! but still after some days of try I found the vapor a bit taste less .so max told me to not pre-heat it for to long cause all the taste disappear ,what I have done and the taste is better but really not tasteful as other vap that I had try ...but !? hey I don't really care now I can vap every were LOL I'M FREE
..so after all now I find that the I-inale vaporizer is the best portable unit for now BUT it is not perfect . yeah this is the dark side of the review LOL, there some weakness ont his vap .first, the vap don't stop right now to heat and make sound once you set it in off position , it continue to heat during maybe 2 minute.IMO the butane reserve might be transparent cause it it's not easy to really know when the unit is full .the bowl is made up side down so if you are stupid like me LOL you will probably open it and drop herb every were sometime .the vapor/air ratio and air flow are a bit poor (but decent if you use it the right way) but I find it really tasteless (and i thing the main reason is because of how the bowl heat , it rip off the taste in the first minute of pre-heat) what bring a small leak of vapor during it heat up and also a leak of smell,customers service seem pretty busy for now (it is ok for now but I'm curious to see if it will work in the future),the mouthpiece is made of plastic and it is exposed to heat (but seem safe IMO),the bowl is a bit complicate to to fill it up the right way and Finlay the mouthpiece and the bowl seem pretty easy to break (and for now as what i know you can't get an other one), BUT OVER ALL I REALLY ENJOY THIS VAPORIZER !!!this will probably be my best friend during the hard Canadian winter and will keep my hand hot too 
some other nice things:
the design is really cool and totally mystify me LOL it is really user friendly (just switch it to ''on'' position and press the piezo button).the machining pieces are also really tight machined (and I know what I talk about I'm cnc programmer) .All the inner parts are health safe .also butane efficient (I get about 5 to 10 bowls out of the first load of butane).it don't need to add a tubing to the mouth piece (if you use the extra piece that come with it)(
).I don't smell ANY plastic smell with this vap and It really seem safe IMO.and for the efficiency of this vap , i think it is ok my herb get out yellowish to light brown but I can still get good puff out of with with my extreme
so judge by yourself.
Finally a big big big thanks you to peoples from I-Inhale to support Fuckcombustion and by giving me the chance to review this free unit!!! I really hope you'll continue to make vap cause your design is really new and out of chart ,I'm sure you able of great thing !!
