I do think the classifieds should state if they ship outside the US.
There are many adds that don't say whether they are US Canada or EU.
Prices can be confusing too with Both Canada and US using $

Yes, but why not just state what country you are in if you are trying to sell something? That is actually a requirement in the classified section of most forums.
