You can use a gong with the same size joint though different style bubbler may be better.

Personally I wouldn't run my E-nano in an upwards vertical position. You don't really want herb falling on the heater screen.

Check out the Matrix Sidecar on DHGate, pretty much the same idea as that hydrotube in a more traditional bong form factor.

They make the sidecar in both 14 and 18mm so just pair it with whichever GonG you have / want.

I use my logs (including an enano) through a sidecar bong like Chaos suggested above, works great and means you don't have to invert your bowl, which makes life way easier.
