Found the original reddit thread through a reverse image seach; this is what the owner said when asked about where someone could buy one:

I tried looking everywhere, but I couldn't.
I got this piece from a Vancouver head shop in downtown. It's the store right underneath the vape lounge and beside New Amsterdam Cafe.

You can probably get a blower to recreate it for you. Just my two cents

Thanks for the info seems like it getting one recreated by a blower would be the best option
