Can I use RSO in classic volcano?

Ok, thank you for the rapid response. The package states... "RSO can be applied as a topical, absorbed subliminally or swallowed. For topical applications, apply directly to the skin surface. For sublingual absorption, drop and hold under the tongue for at least 30 seconds. RSO can be mixed in food and drink for easier dosing."
