It means being surprised about something. When she was in the hospital one of the times, the nurses thought she was so cute because she would always say funny things like that.

Is there a word for someone whose sexual fetish is their own flaccid penis? That would have to be the most frustrating sexual fetish in the world, since getting turned on would be a big turn off.

My favorite word, and the one I use if asked to describe myself, is "Eclectic", particularly the third definition.
