I got an email off to Eric. Im, pretty, sure that the final production parameters were set up a couple months ago and they decided on Alu. They said they were testing both but I'm not sure they did. The Alu worked so well that they decided on it. I would have much preferred stainless, ceramic or glass. I got one coming to me in the first batch. I may even try to adapt the bowl. Maybe we can find a liner, kinda like the stainless MLB's, or something else. It seems people, like me, like to fidget with the Bndlstech products.

Well I just got the confirmation directly from the mothership today, and unless they lied to me just to make me happy I believe it's true.
"The bowl in CFX2 is ceramic. So the bowl in CFV2 will be stainless steel or aluminium, I am still waiting for the updated news."
then today:
"Our company decided to use stainless steel to make the bowl in CFV2, cheers!"

Thanks for the message. We actually did receive our sample with the stainless steel chamber and will be moving forward with that. I will be making the announcement on the forums tomorrow with a link to the live stream. We also have the glass mouthpiece and water pipe adapter ready to show. We will be releasing the Tera with the stainless steel chamber and the shipping date is expected to be mid January. So I stand CORRECTED and am ecstatic to say the least. As recent as just last week the guys told me it was going to be anodized alu. I was hopeing all along that this is the way they would go and I let Boundless know that was my preference quite some time ago! AWESOME!!! They are going to KILL it with this unit!!!
Thanks for posting this and yes, we have decided on stainless steel for the chamber. As daily users of our products, we personally felt more comfortable releasing the Tera with a stainless steel chamber. Also, as members of the FC and Reddit communities we heard the concerns and hope to have addressed the issue with the stainless steel chamber. On our stream today we will be holding a demo of the Tera, and new features such as concentrate mode and use with a water pipe adapter. Please feel free to join in the stream to ask any questions or a PM works as well.

My apologies, this has probably been covered already, but I assume this is a session vape, right? It's not like a Milaana, just in plastic/metal? With the stainless steel chamber, I feel VAS coming up, but I am well covered with good session vapes and riding the "on demand train" at the moment...
Yah, pretty much session. I wish it was on demand, my current trend with Milaana and VapCap, but I suppose you could micro dose and just shut it off after a couple of draws. Residual heat would cook your herb a bit unless we can come with something like the ELB's so you can dump out the container when you down power it. I know Im going to experiment when I get mine.

Well I was correct, just got a lengthy email from Boundless, Tera will NOT ship 01/10/18, in fact they don't bother to give any future date at all!
Right out of the Davinci IQ playbook, I hate this shit! Maybe this will cure my VAS!
