Better clouds of vapcap than pax 2?

I have pax 2 but want vapcap as I only want to take a few hits at a time.

But can one get better clouds off a vapcap than pax 2 when vapinf small amounts?

Only used a pax 1 but with that for reference I'd say 100%. If you only wanna take a few big hits check out vapcap thread
