Best vape for CO2 Oil?

Should I buy the liquid filling tool? Does that work with the Omicron v4? I think the filling tool is for an older omicron possibly?

Is it recommended to buy another EHD dual atomizer?

Pretty sure the liquid filing tool only works with an older model.

In your particular scenario I would wait on purchasing spare coils. See if it works for you first.

Did you see my edit? The one at the dispensary was the Aspire Premium Kit... I see that online. It has the nautilus mini tank.... Why wouldn't that work to load in all the oil? I think it would be kinda shitty to be honest, I just want to confirm that my best scenario is to buy the Omicron for home, and the Hermes for on the go shit.

I mean, I'm not sure how I would be able to load this oil on the go. That's kinda why I'm looking for a tank solution.

I know you did LOL. That's why I emailed them and been looking into it.

It comes in a vial. But they give you a syringe to get it out. It's very liquidy and runny.
To me, very liquid and runny is NOT indicative of undiluted CO2 oil. CO2 oil cut with PG or VG in order to use in tank type vapes with wicks IS very liquid and runny.

Just saying...the guy from W9 mentioned viscosity of honey. If what you get isn't that thick, I think you are going to have issues. :2c:

It's definitely liquidy. It may be cut with Coconut Oil. Cause it says, Potential Allergens: Coconut Oil, on the label. Maybe I should try a different dispensary...

It's definitely not honey consistency.

Edit: I haven't ordered anything yet. Seems like it might be best to order a Linx Hermes and be done with it. It's the same kind of pen I'm using now with their pre-filled carts. Maybe I can just get the atomizer's too, cause I got plenty of batteries. Or maybe I should buy that Aspire Premium Kit. Not sure why this is so difficult. LOL

Also - I emailed W9 back and sent him a picture of the cart.... LOL... Let's see what he responds.

So then you are not working with pure CO2 oil.

Ya, if it's cut with dilutant then the e-cig tanks might work, but I've never tried.

But ya, what you have is basically an e-liquid. Not gonna work on the Omicron.

It's definitely liquidy for sure. So I think maybe I should buy the Linx Hermes kit, fill that tank, until I can figure out what to do.

I mean, at the dispensary they were trying to sell me the Aspire Premium Kit.... maybe that's what I need to use?

I wish I could show you guys.

Edit: Ok I've emailed all the dispensaries around here, and see if they all carry the same bullshit.

I don't think you want to put an infused coconut oil into an Omicron or any other type of vape for stable and fairly solid concentrates.

If all you can get is what we have been talking about....some dilluted ejuice type cannabis oil, then you need to stick to an ejuice type vape or....a tank type atomizer. I know its more expensive....but the carts and pens that they sell for it may be the way you have to go.

My only familiarity with infused coconut oil is intended to be an edible (i.e. under the tongue or otherwise). I have never heard of anyone trying to vape coconut oil but I may well be wrong on this.

Runny liquid will be in your 510 connection to your battery before you know it, will leak , and not sure it will even work (generate vapor) in a true concentrate pen.

Ok wait. I'm completely out of base.

This pamphlet they gave me included all types they sell, capsules, solution and vaporized oil.

The capsules say excipients used: Coconut Oil.

The vaporized oil says excipients used:
MCT (medium chain triglycerides)

That being said. It's still thin and runny.

Edit: Also like i said they were trying to sell me the Aspire but is definitely an ejuice vape. However when I went to the vapor store he was adamant that none of that stuff would work for me. Like the nautilus mini. That's why I am so confused.

Yeah I agree. That's why I've been so confused with this shit. Now it makes sense right? Why I have all these questions? LOL :-)!!

As you can see, my dry herbal vapes are on point. :-). But they don't sell herbs here. Isn't that crazy? LOL

So any recommendations on small tank ejuice vapes? Or should I just buy a Linx Hermes and be done with it.

Also I reached out to other dispensaries to see what they got. First one to respond isn't open yet, $6.58 more per cart (250mg cart for $100.58) and no bulk oil for sale. Once I determine that this oil is the only type I can get, I'll look more into these e-cig pens. The South Beach Thunder looks good. So does the VaporZone Pulse.

Why do I feel so dirty looking at these products? LOL. Where are the Mighty's/Grasshopper's/Cloud Evo's of the e-Juice world? LOL

Wow, I don't know anything about ejuice pens but the Linx Hermes looks like that is its exact purpose and, WTF, its only $20 so how far wrong can you go?

Might want to look over this forum on ecig type vapes:

http://fuckcombustion.com/forums/e-cig-based-portables.43/

Yeah, exactly. It's just another cart but one that you can refill. LMAO!!!!! :-) Now you know why I've been leaning that way.

I'm seriously dying laughing out loud right now.

I really appreciate all your guys help! Seriously! :-)

Edit: Briefly looking through that forum, it looks like a lot of wax pens, hahah.

Edit: More edits. This is looking good. Kanger Subtank Nano. Now, what kind of pen goes with that? LOL :-) And do I use .5 ohm or 1.2ohm. WTF? LMFAO

Hmmm. So since I get like a 1ml at a time, I would like a small tank. That's why I'm leaning towards the subtank nano... But somewhere it said it uses a lot. Why LORD why?! LOL

The Vaporfi Rocket looks good. 2.5ml

https://www.vaporfi.com/electronic-cigarettes/vaporfi-rocket-starter-kit.html

ok this looks even better and smaller

Why does it not work with the Pico? I see all the posts above and I am really confused by the responses giving solutions that would work with wax or dabbable concentrates when C02 oil is not really a dabbable product. If you tried dabbing C02 oil it would probably drip off the tool before you could even get the tool over your nail. If you tried filling a coil or donut atomizer than it would probably be very inefficient and so messy you'll need silicone gloves and clothes probably.

C02 is meant for wicked atomizers. Almost any will work. I just use a simple disposable battery with mine, however when I could not get pre-filled carts and only could get the C02 I just filled up the liquid carts for my V2 Pro series 3 and it worked great. This works but if I wanted to really commit to the C02 method, then I would suggest investing in a boxmod like the Pico or one of the one's mentioned in the Divine Tribe thread so you could get more use out of it if you ever wanted to use thick more stable concentrates such as wax, shatter, etc.

I also would like to note that C02 has a very unique taste. It does not taste like herbs much. It is more like a flavored E-cig. This can be an acquired taste as it was for me. I couldn't stand the taste of C02 oil at first but now it's just another vapor trail.

I would also like to summon @zor and @Melting Pot as they both seem to use these often enough they have posted about them and may have more to add than I just did.

My liege, thine servant hath appeared.

I am quite late to this conversation so I don't know how useful this will be but here goes...

I started out messing with CO2 oils in Kanger tanks and such, diluting it down 1:3 or 1:5 since I wanted a more casual, continual experience without getting too stoned. I tried a bunch of different tanks and setups but would either get awful flavor or lots of sputtering/leaking. I dabbled with puffmajic, pans ink, and one other brand (holy terps? Can't remember as I am not home) and toiled with coils and tanks until I finally settled on using O.pen carts.

Eventually I came upon the Evolve Plus by Yocan; with its built in silicone wax container and extremely tasty and efficient coils I haven't looked back. I used the Omicron v2 with its cart and KISS carts but I found I lost more wax than I actually inhaled. I hear the current iteration is good but the cost (at the time) of the Yocan and coils was extremely affordable and it has withstood the test of time and then some.

Last weekend a friend who vapes nicotine and I hung out. I dug out my old 1:5 sativa CO2 oil mix in puffmajic (flavorless) and added in a few drops of his ejuice mix, loaded up my Kanger subtank mini, let it saturate and....splatter city :( BUT this time I tried holding the device horizontally or at an incline with the base of the battery pointing upward and voila, no perceptible splattering and an overall excellent experience.

Now, I realize this doesn't really help you too much...I haven't traveled much recently, a dynamic that motivated me to make some stealthy thcjuice mixes, so all I have been indulging in recently are wax and flower. This recent experiment with the positioning of the Kanger subtank mini and addition of ejuice hase intrigued again so I might go back to testing stuff out again. The o.open carts were fantastic, however, and cheap online for bulk purchases. Still, the flavor never really held up but with my recent experiences I will try some more mixes out and see....

Sadly, only have access to this oil. I like the icare cause the coil is at the bottom lol. But part of me just says fuck it and get the Hermes pen and call it a day LOL.

The icare seems pretty good though lol

Actually I may get the ijust mini 2.

Sorry we are going to need brand names, prices and a review on each. Thankyouverymuch
Prices vary somewhat depending on the dispensary, size, and type but you can look up some of the az dispensaries online or using leafly if you want.
I tried the K.I.N.D. pens and don't care for the "fake" fruit flavor plus it tastes burnt. I tried Grape Ape and Tangerine Dream. Both are potent. http://www.kindconcentrates.com/product-category/clear-vape-cartridges/
They say they have cbd pens but my understanding after talking to agents was that there is no thc in them at all. I prefer a mix.

The Clear has great flavors but no cbd vapes at all. Seem to be a little more expensive too.
http://clearconcentrate.com/vapes.html

Dream stream has a wide variety of different ratios of cbd/thc pens. Really great but they cut with coconut and the flavor is pretty good but not great. Price is ok.
http://dreamsteamvape.com/

All of these vape pens have quality control issues. I've had two of them leak and one of them clog and burn.

There is another dispensary selling a generic cart with co2 oil of acdc that I like but they are switching over to a proprietary pen that doesn't have the same value. They continue to sell the syringe though. Flavor is good with that one though obviously cut with vg/pg

I still might get an iCare. But I want to see how this iJust Mini 2 works for me first.

And let's see what these dispensaries are going to say. One is already definitely out.

Edit: they shipped my iJust 2 Mini. Let's give it a go LOL

Ok today I should be receiving my ijust mini 2. In other news, NY sucks because this shit is so expensive, I'm gonna wind up spending more. Shit LOL. But it does work decently well and fast. Effects don't last that long for me. Pain comes back quickly.

Let's see how this vape works

First hit tasted really burnt and super hot. Second hit was a bit better. Third hit was very hot still.

I'm a bit ripped, but I don't think this device is for me, especially seeing as how it's gonna eat up this oil like crazy.

So I just ordered the Linx Hermes Kit, which is something I should have just ordered from the beginning. Fuck it.

Get the hermes and you will be set for now. Later on you may want to think about a mod box battery so you can have more control of the voltage your putting into the cart. You might also want a bigger tank at some point. Who knows until you get yourself going really but good luck! It sounds like your determined enough so you will get there.

All the advice for dab like devices or concentrate pens must be people confusing cO2 distillate for cO2 oil. Distillate is very sappy like mildly warm honey would be and is pretty good for dabbing or using a concentrate pen whereas the oil is actually liquid form just as olive oil...good reference from whoever used that before...and is only good in a completely sealed cart, typically with a wicked heater. Distillate is also typically much stronger than cO2 oil.

I dont like the cO2 oil that much really and I have access to great tested medicinal cO2 oil (usually only one strain tho so no choice) at a great price. For me I find that the c02 does lack in the pain relief department. I feel like I have to take 10 rips to get a body high and then it wont last long either. The taper down effect starts quickly and they also tend to be more Indica strains that I have access to so they make me sleepy too. They are great for insomnia tho! Perhaps its my tolerance because my brother has always had a lower tolerance and he lives off the cO2 pens mainly. Is the oil your getting strain specific? I would like to try more indicas myself or even a good hybrid like Headband.

Yeap, I was the one who called it olive oil.

I tend to agree with you regarding how quickly the effects wear off and the pain level. However, I found that if I try not to overdo it, it does work. Sometimes I supplement with flowers which seems to work ok.

However, here in NYS the only thing legal for me are these oil carts / vials of oil.

I pretty much wasted this vial of oil sadly. So I may go Friday and pick up a bottle of Red and a bottle of yellow or green. Haven't decided yet.

The dispensaries in NY are only allowed to carry a maximum of 5 products. At the one I go to, it's Red, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo. Ranging from High THC / Low CBD (Red) to High CBD / Low THC (Indigo). I've tried Red, Yellow and Green.

At first green made me a bit nauseous but now I'm thinking the green has the best pain relief properties for me.

It's definitely an interesting test. However, the carts and oil are stupid expensive and I have a feeling I'm going to wind up spending too much.

Ok I still don't have a device but bought a vial of red (High THC / Low CBD) and a vial of green (equal THC to CBD). You know what I noticed? The green is more money by $3 bucks. Interesting.

Hopefully tomorrow I'm getting that linx system. Was supposed to come today but there is no way since it just arrived at a close post office but not mine.

Edit: hahahahaa you know what I discovered??? That I probably could refill the carts I bought from them!!!! I was able to pull off the mouthpiece!!! And there looks like a rubber stopper or something. Lmao! I'm dying!

Well I feel stupid now for not asking if you had a cart...I could have told you that! You can use the carts multiple times but I wouldnt use one more than 3 or 4 times because they are not really heavy duty and the longer usage may make them leak or carry a bad taste.
