Best Vape For Bonging and Conserving?

Title is pretty self explanatory :D

I bought a MFLB two months ago and have really enjoyed it. I think it's time to switch to a combustion free lifestyle. Looking for the best daily driver that can be used for bonging and is good at conserving. I just can't give up on my glass :ninja:

Any help is appreciated. Content removed- see below.

That's kind of like trying to find a car that gets from 0 to 60 in under 5 seconds and is also good on gas. If you like your vapor in bong type hits, it'll be up to you to figure out how to conserve-don't up the temp too high, don't load too large, don't take a hit that's so big you can't hold it for a reasonable amount of time, etc.

As for a specific vape, if I were you, I'd put my name on the pre order list for a VapeXhale Cloud.

Very good point. I phrased my first post horribly. I guess the most conservative vape that will get decent bong rips. The more I read, the more I like 7th floor's products.

The vapxhale just doesn't appeal to me. Thanks for the suggestion though :D

PD/MZ would be the best for that IMO, are these decent bong rips?

Hey NYC, is that an ssfg travel tube? I just ordered one the other day and can't wait to try it out with my aromazap. Man, yours milks better than I would have thought it would! It seems like for bonging and conserving, this is the combo to get.

The Life SV works really well and it can be a really conservativ vape !
It's actually my daily vape with or without glass...MFLB in my pocket of course ;)
But I'm not sure it can handle miniload like an MZ would, keeping in mind I never tried a logvape.

I vote for PD or Zap. They really can milk a tube well. There is some drag, but do it like the smokers. Milk the tube then clear. You get used to the drag and its not really an issue for me anymore.

Look into the Supreme! I would argue any day its just as effiecient as my zap and this thing is the champ of hooking up to glass. youtube this thing in action for 188 on ebay i promise you will not be disappointed

Lets see if this changes anyone's mind. So far I have found these vapes and said price::

SSV for $175 shippped
PD for $120
Arizer for $90

All are used but that doesn't much bother me. Should I jump on any of those for the price?

welll the ssv is not much of a conservative and yuo can rig it to be a bong ripper but I'd still go with the supreme

the log vapes are about 150 so you are saving 30-50 bucks not a bad deal if you want a log and it will hook up to a bong fairly easy (easier than SSV imo) so not a bad buy there

arizer tower im assuming? and for 90 i would be a little skeptical but if everything works it is probably the older model but i love my extreme q but likethe SSV not the greatest on conservation but will produce big hits and bags and can be hooked to glass setup but isnt always the easiest (also my q the elbows are always breaking and before i upgraded to a tuff bowl so wer my cyclone bowls its a pain and expensive to fix replace often)

I would still say look in to the supreme and youtube it if you havent

but out of those the PD for 120 is probably your best bet esp for conserving/vapor bongning and beware buying used (FC members probably don't have to worry about)

^^ That actually is quite impressive. The heating element is amazingly scientific. Just wish one didn't need an outside heat source :/

it works like a champ and with a good torch less than 1 min heat up on the go and I am a fan of portability, and the fact that it is the easiest thing to just pop in to any GonG and rip away without any hoses or cords or big vapes to worry about. you will not be disappointed if you go the log vape route i guarantee that but the supreme hit quality and thickness is unmatched for me and i can load anywhere from tiny MZ/ PD pinches to big .3-.4 just monstor clouds that keep on coming..
Weigh your options cant go wrong with either the PD or the Supreme but i think those are both your best bets for vap bonging and conserving

Thank you for all the help! :D

I have a MFLB so portability isn't a quality I am looking for. Always a plus though.

I think I am going to get a PD if I can convince my girlfriend to stop the unwarranted hate :p

If not, the SSV is looking good. I just don't want to get something she won't be able to/ won't want to use :) The SSV would take care of all my needs but I would rather have the PD for the conservation. But, could I not just pack the same about in the SSV as would be in the PD, adjust the temperature accordingly, and get the same effect?

meh debatable.... the SSVand EXQ d require you to pack more in to get good results you cant put a PD pinch in a ssv it wont yield as good of results if you dont cover the whole screen the air/vapor ratio i think sort of kills it.. you will be happy with a ssv but you will burn through more stash quicker i dont think anyone here will argue that, i find the supreme most versatile as far as whatever you load you get because the vapor air ratio stays good becuase the bowl is long and thin almost like a big PD tube along with perfectly even heat which both the PD or the Supreme seem to both do a better job doing than a SSV or EXQ.

First let me apologize in advance for not inclduing this piece in the list in my sig, I dont believe I have enough space for that. its actually an 11" straight tube from SSFG, I find it milks a bit easier then the travel tube but they are both great pieces of glass! enjoy!

of course, not everyone can get hits like that, even I wasnt always getting hits liek that, also keep in mind that that video uses only real sunlight and no other light. vaporizing in the morning when the sun is shining through the window is the best, hands down

"And through the window in the wall
Come streaming in on sunlight wings
A million bright ambassadors of morning"

Just curious, but do you still use your Budha Nyc-D, or have you completely switched to the PD?

right now im being super conservative with my herbs, so yep im all with the PD for now. I DO need a new heavy hitter kinda vape though, that has no plastic tubing or whatever(LSV, Supreme, VHX Cloud...)

Gotcha. Would you still be sticking to it if you weren't conserving though?

I found out to late that Tom stopped selling the Pandora. Tried to buy one of the used PD's in the sell you're stuff thread, but one seller doesn't respond and the other one already has a buyer unfortunately.
But I'm sure one will come my way eventually, I really don't want to 'settle' for one of the other log type vapes.

Money burning in your pocket again aye? There's always a reason to buy another vape I guess, just get yourself a Hakko instead, haha.

OhTheAgony,
If you already have a bong with a 18.8mm attachment, a glass vapobowl could get you vaping with very good effectiveness and efficiency for under 30 bucks or so. The Vapocane is also a very handy, effective lighter-based, bong-compatible vape which is slightly more expensive but is all glass and is 100% cleanable. DBV with a 10 dollar adapter makes a fantastic bong-vape setup, and messing with the screen position yields a very efficient, economical vape.

Supreme seems very impressive in youtube videos but exposed heating element requires a certain alertness which is kind of a B, in my imagination. I've never used or even seen a log-vape in person but am impressed with the video posted above, very dense vapor, but I've heard some people empty a whole stem-load on a single bong rip, so packing and unpacking may become tedious.

Thanks. I think I am going to go with a SSV partially because of what you said, a log would be tedious and that was my other choice.

Just curious, is your sig supposed to be like an equation or just a list? :D

Based on NYCDeisel's recommendation I have bought and use a SSFG bong with a few different vaporizers and I enjoy all aspects of this immensely.
Two things - it works great with the PD; it's comfortable and easy but I do get more massive milky vapor hits using my Vapor Brothers with the bong. However the PD
works very well and in some ways is easier to negotiate than dealing with whip tubing.
Also - for what it's worth and I don't know why, but I get better bong vaping results with the VB than I do with the SSV. For straight vaping the VB and SSV perform about identically.
Given a choice of purchasing a VB or SSV I think for about $50 more you're probably better off with the SSV but they are both very good vapes.
Also - I did this last night and it's great - I put just two drops of essential peppermint oil in the bong. The result was great - almost like menthol MJ. More than that is too much, though.

interesting regarding the oil in the bong water. I think that ssfg tube is a great fit with a PD/MZ/WDZ.

I thought about it for a minute, and I think the reason you may get better bong results with the VB as opposed to the SSV is because of how wide the bowl is on the VB, also the tubing may be slightly different in diameter but Im not sure about that.

Next time you buy your vitamins online add this to your cart -

two drops per session when you feel like it; this is almost a lifetime supply.

I think you're right about the SSV/VB bong vaping - every aspect plays a part in vaping performance, always.

I might have some peppermint oil capsules laying around, but I have had success using hot non-caffeinated herbal tea(no sugar or anything added to it) in my water pieces, but right now I think I will stick to plain filtered water :)

that is exactly right, which is why I was confused at first but then I realized, after having owned a VB and a DBV and having seen the SSV parts quite a bit, that that must be the culprit. I believe the Vb bowl was even wider then that on the DBV wand.
