Best value bag vape?

So my friend is looking into getting a bag vape, but the Volcano is out of his price range. He solely needs it for bags, and wouldn't care about it being able to become a whip vape, etc. He's hoping for something in the $150-300 range.

So based purely on quality, ease of us, build quality, and price, what's the best bag vape that gives you the most bang for your buck?

Used volcano, problem solved. Don't know where your located but I've seen used cano's go often from $200-300 in many countries. Best choice I ever made.

Like Frederick said, the HerbalAire, for so many reasons:

Yeah, I'll pile on and recommend the HA as well. It can wring blood from a stone. I actually use it for getting the last out of ABV from my other vapes. I'm not generally a bag guy.

It's all been said, the HA is a very good vape, and it does bags.

I used a herbalAire a lot a few years ago- during my 'bag period'. Easy and cheap to make different sized bags, and forget about grinding. Just drop a chunk o' bud in and it'll come out fully vaped. And unlike with a used Volcano, you get a 3 yr. warranty.
