Best Digital Vaporizer With Most Precise Temperature

You heard me, what's the best digital vaporizer with the most precise temperature?

Almost there...
All depends on where you want to measure the temp...
There are many digital options that i would recommend you look into:
Volcano Digit
Herbalizer
Glass Symphony
FlowerPot series
Mighty

I would also recommend rethinking your initial question and think about what you are really looking for in a digital vaporizer.
Consistency, ease of use, maintenance, medical/recreational, flower or extract or both, flavor, taste, clouds etc...
Also remember that there are NO vaporizers that actually measure the temp at your herb level, so most accurate is kind of a misnomer imo...

 Just fooling, it's not even out yet lol! (Wish it was.)

But jokes aside, with that unknown in mind, maybe ask again in a month? Or a year? Or...

I was looking in terms of portabe vapes, for me it's currently a draw between:

  • Mighty
  • Ghost MV1
  • Arizer Solo 2

I was looking in terms of portabe vapes, for me it's currently a draw between:

  • Mighty
  • Ghost MV1
  • Arizer Solo 2

I have tried 2 of the above and still own one.
The Mighty is my travel vape that I use in hotels etc...
The MV1 was an interesting vape and worked really well, it just was too inconsistent for me. I have heard the updates are helping a lot. Very easy to use.
I still own a Solo V1 that works and is a workhorse.

You have 3 different types of vaporizers as well, so that is another choice you need to make.
Mighty - Mixed convection and conduction
MV1 - Convection
Solo 2 - Not too sure but for me it would be mostly conduction.

The MV1 can be hit and turned off and used again at a later time with good results.
The other 2 roast the load and you will loose a lot of actives if you don't finish the whole load, or remove the Solo stem between hits to conserve.

My money would go to either the Mighty or the Solo 2, more to the Mighty because i prefer the flavor it gives. I also use the little pods to keep the oven super clean. Attachments to your water tool are also available. Reliable, 2 batteries last a while. Fits in pocket nicely as it is flat.
Solo 2 has the glass stems and glass water tool attachments. Very reliable vaporizer as I think it is mostly the same tech. Quite bulky for in the pocket but good in a jacket.
They will both serve you well! Comes down to price possibly?
I would wait a bit for the next generation of Ghost's to be released.

Interesting view on the MV1 never thought it was so profitable in terms of preservation... Looking at the price i would certainly be more interested in the Solo II. Having tried the mighty already i have to be honest that it is a wonderful machine for the price.

I have been blowned away by the performance of the german portable vaporizer. The germans are top notch hands down. Cleaning the cooling unit of the mighty can be a PITA though.

If only i could get a minivap with wider and better temperature settings... I think for the long run i would purchase a solo II but on the other hand i want to wait for a better vaporizer. And then my brains also says just get a new mighty and you won't regret it, which is true.

I don't know about the roasting aspect of the solo II but i think the direct contact of the heating chamber on the herb is a bit out-dated. While there is glass covered around the herb it still comes directly in contact with the herb at the bottom.

I'm quite clueless should i just wait for a new vaporizer instead? Minivap digital would be awesome :o

Pack less and tamp it down slightly so it's recessed. I never let my herbs touch the Arizer bowls.

You hold your solo upside down then probably...

Nope, tamped down slightly and the herbs will not shift.
You could also add a small screen on top of heater to prevent herbs from direct contact.

The MiniVap is a great vape! I have the original Teflon as well as the Quick Core in Teflon.
Perfect taste and a nice vape signature.

If I was in your shoes, I would take the money you will pay for the Solo 2 and forget about it for a few months. By that time you will have saved more and will be able to buy whatever you want!
I feel comfortable recommending the Mighty but you already have one.
Why not try a Milaana or a Splinter or a Tubox. There are so many options out there!

I kind of don't get the need for perfectly accurate digital temperature. What you really need is consistency.

I don't know what the exact temp of a log vape at 12.62v but I know I get consistently perfect results with it.

And regardless of what the screen says if you're draw speed and grinding/tamping aren't consistent the temp won't be. Same goes for how dry the material is.

I would recommend the TUBO series ,even though they are based on TCR, after some fine tuning it now delivers air with temperature corresponding to the displayed +-5% , i have measured it myself via thermo couple positioned both in the herb and infront of the tubes. Of course when positioned in herb reading is not as fluxuating compared to positioning in front of the tubes but at on point temperature gets really close to the values displayed,no matter of position of the probe.
Imo for one vaporizer to be precise is has to have a fast and powerful heating element + it has to read well the temperature changes of the medium so it can compensate fast enough.
I have never tried the Glass Symphony ,but looking at the mass of its heating i can say that there will be very little temp drops, but glass is poor conductor of heat,i guess it takes a bit more time to transfer the heat from heater trough to glass to the all glassballs. I think that even if the measuring of temperature based on the shift in resistance is not as precise as with a thermocouple,it gives data about the the whole heating element and not just the point where the probe sits and it also gets measure multiple times a second giving true live feedback of what is going on with the coil. :)
The coils of the TUBO sit in glass tubes which after some heat soak are insulating very well the airpath trough the coils ,giving it a good heat soak before it leaves the tubes and you are getting the resistance reading from every mm of it in 360 .I feel like the TUBO is the most precise vaporizer tempwise i've tried sofar, but i am looking to trying the GS also.

I totally agree @stickstones. Best thing is the Solo 2 bowl never needs cleaning. Only the stem occasionally needs cleaning and that's very easy. The Solo 2 is much less expensive than the Mighty and stacks up very well against it in all the features important to me. Good draws, good flavor, easy to change temps, good battery life, nice to hold in hand, easy to clean.

I use my Crafty (Mighty little brother) with a concentrate pad over the load. It keeps the Crafty cleaner, but increases the conduction versus convection. For me the Solo 2 and Crafty both have good flavor.

You heard me, what's the best digital vaporizer with the most precise temperature?

Another factor you mighty consider, what vaporizer best maintains its selected operating temperature during the actual draw? Some vapes with minimal thermal mass and low power heaters can really go cool once the ambient temperature air starts circulating through the vape during the draw. One of the reasons why some of the bigger chuncker vapes work better then some of their thinner kin. Good Luck

Another vote for the Solo 2. My favorite portable since I bought it last summer. Very easy to operate and maintain. The cannabis doesn’t need to get scorched just use a little pinky pat on the herb then turn the Solo upside down and insert stem. The battery will last you for almost three hous of use right from the start.

The bells and whistles upgrades adds to the enjoyability of this unit. You can adjust the time of your sessions, your exact digital temp and how loud the beep is. You can also adjust how soon the vape will turn on. I have mine on 6 seconds. It only takes 30 seconds to a minute to heat up.

A portable that will last you a long time from a company that takes pride in what they make. I think it has very good vapor flavor far as a portable goes.

TuboX unit is just 80 grams and the heater itself even lower in mass ,coils are maybe a couple of grams.but it shines when it comes to compensating cooling from your draw . Wattage consumption rises from just a few watts to +100w and it ramps the watts with the speed of light ,fractions of second after you beggin your draw. My mod goes up to 300w ,but i probably need two more guys like me to pull at the same time like mad from the same unit so we can max this beast out.

Well there you go a vape that takes care of the user, I am sure the OP will benefit from your recommendation.

In regards to the outdated solo ll system
First the oven gently warms the herb and makes the resins sticky then the convection air jets kick in and send some awesome vapor into your lungs ! No herbs should escape the bowl.
