Basscraft O-Ring for Arizer Solo Vaporizer?

I picked up these o-rings today from Lowes. They fit in the solo and do not seem to fume or release any chemicals. The material is rubber though. Am I alright, or should I worry and get new ones online?

I would stay away from it personally, but mostly because I have no idea why you need an o-ring for your solo and this is just adding a possible risk that is unnecessary. That's just me.

People put o-rings in for a tighter fit on the stems. If you buy a PVHES they come with one or you can just buy some

I've heard that they do (slightly) restrict airflow but I haven't noticed a difference. So if they do it's very minimal. The snug fit feels much nicer.

@soloboy You should've posted in the Solo thread because it's likely that somebody would've offered to send you some for free.

A generous FC member sent me some high temp o-rings last month that work great.

They definitely make a difference. I don't like using my Solo without one installed.

I believe if you purchase a gong attachment, you can receive a free o-ring from Planet vape. Just ask nicely.
