I myself have two of these things. One of them has been opened but not used at all.
The other one, I have used extensively for Wax. I normally drop a ball of wax onto the coil and it works quite well. The battery life is good tho.
The problems I have with this device are pretty interesting.
The batteries rubber band breaks often. Only one of the batteries (which is a new one) does not suffer from this issue.
The carbs are pretty low, which allows wax to leak into the carb holes and plug it up. This causes some suction issues with later use.
The coil, if you mess with it at all, will cut in and out. Sometimes I find it not working, and I have to move the coil and it will start again.
The mouth piece assembly would work great for flower but its not needed for the wax. It's just extra items to plug things up. At this point, it gets dirty, smells and clogs up.
It's low heat, so its slow to heat up and you get small amounts of vapor out of it.
Price point. It's expensive.....not good for a patient whom would really use this device for something other then recreation.
There are better pen vaps out there. They are all mostly cookie cutter. The Atmos Thermo W is the right kind of vap you'd want for Wax only. But, I don't think the cart for it is made correctly. I haven't actually gotten one of these devices, but I have seen them for the G-Pen Micro, Cloud V, Cloud 2.0, and the White Rhino Sleek. The only atomizer for that kind of pen that I have found is the Cloud V atomizer. Because its fully metal/ceramic in the places where the wax would touch. Every other one of these carts all have flaws that are either not functional for wax or might be hazardous to your health. Cloud V Atmoizers can be used on any of these pens batteries....so its a personal preference.
