Aspect ratio / Widescreen

Hi before these merges FC-forum was centered in the middle of my screen with some space to each side,
Is it possible to change back to this old Aspect ratio for each individual user?

The forced widescreen is making it much harder and slower to navigate for those of us browsing via a PC and not a smartphone. '
I can see the appeal for smart-phone / tablet users tho.

I'm not having the problem you describe. I normally use the Chrome browser, but I checked with Microsoft Edge and my display is normal with either one. I have to zoom to 150% to make the width of the page full screen. Hopefully you'll get an answer from somebody more knowledgeable.

Same problem with new theme under Firefox / PC. Messages bodies span over a much wider width than before, making reading difficult and straining on the eyes.

Yes i tried a few more browser and it seems to be alittle bit more centered now, but still far from what it was before

as @KeroZen mention the main problem is that it is more difficult to read and it is more straining on the eyes,
