Trust me guys...I'm about to pull my hair out over here too. From the conversation I had...well we might make it. This box issue is seriously getting out of hand.
But on the bright side of things...some review units will be hitting soon so you guys get to see these before buying anything.
Also, I promise I'll get to the Haiku thread soon...there is A LOT to digest there and some really good stuff. As usual, you all went above and beyond the call of duty on this one. Plus...if I ever did anything on time, I would start to set false expectations

Let them finish what they need to finish. Just because you don't care for the box doesn't mean it's not important.
Personally, if I didn't follow FC and was just looking for a vaporizer. If there was some vaporizer in a shitty brown box sitting on a shelf, I would assume its worthless. I know that's not true, but thats because ive done my research.

Seriously. It's no bigge! Lol screw the boxes. Send us the vape! Lol on a serious note. Will we be able to order the aromatherapy oils you currently have for the davinci? Or will those come out for the ascent at a later time?
Its the shipping date listed on the blog from torontovaporizers
I'm just waiting on my new camera to come in to take the pics for the oils...oh and that extra few hours somewhere in the day
Since the Ascent comes with oil jars, I'd recommend just getting the 2.5 or 5ml bottles.

Yeah, that was one of the sites we all discussed and DV dismissed previously. DV also stated our pre-orders would go out before the retail units, so not sure how that would be relevant anyway? Unless you live in Canada but even then DV said they would ship to Canada.
True, but iamkn3ko has the right idea. Although I didn't word it that way, my intention was to stop repetitive comments about shipping dates.
It was clarified somewhere in the thread that the release date for torontovaporizers was June 1. That is independent of any other shipping date.

I also have a question about the oils...are the oils that you sell on the DaVinci website glycerol based, or are they just pure essential oils? I'm asking because I occasionally mix my own glycerol-based e-cig fluids and am curious if they will work similarly to your aromatherapy oils.

Pretty sure PG means Propylene glycol, correct me if I'm wrong DV.

Sorry if I am misusing terms here, I have only ever done dabs with BHO, with a nail and a torch and whatnot. I was wondering if you could put it in the oil can and have the vape work like that, or if you would need one of those pre loaded liquid things people use for the vape pens that you can buy at dispensariesWhat?

so you just can load the oil can with a little dab of BHO and it will vaporize properly? Excuse my ignorance I have only ever vaped flower but since the ascent has an oil option I was thinking about buying some BHO

You know that the vape isn't out yet so it is hard to know what we can and cannot do. You may want to look at the DV thread for the can options. It sounds reasonable that you can do it in the can and I expect you will be able to in the ascent but we can't know till we get it.
