I just came across this new tool, new to me at least. Has anyone tried one of these? it looks like it could be great for preserving flavour.

You can get one Here for $20, not a bad price IMO. What do you guys think? Is it worth a shot?

Edit: I think an X-Acto knife holder and a titanium or stainless steel screen would work just as well. Maybe someone who has all the required ingredients at their disposal could give it a try?

so Ti wouldnt taste all metally?

and you are right. that is def an exacto handle with a Ti screen on it. could be put together for less than $20, but not a bad price really for the convenience.
