Curious to find out if there are any vaporists here who are using the Wim Hof breathing methods and cold water exposure and if so if the herb is aiding or hindering in this endeavor.

Its amazing, I started with cold showers too, got mild arthritic pain when I was starting and it went away But if your water is flouridated I would not do it thereI realllllly want to get into it. My wife and I just finished our little apartment remodel so now that I have a place to do it I really want to. I hear it's great for joint pain which I struggle with.
Because of Wim I do cold showers in the winter, however in Texas it's not possible to do this in summer. Turn on the cold faucet and lukewarm water comes out - terrible! But since I'm in the lonely blue dot of Austin we have Barton Springs for a cold (though not icy) dunk. When the weather is triple digits it's the only salvation from the heat!
A couple weeks ago I was in Banff (Canada) and decided to swim in Bow Lake - so cold! But Wim's breathing exercise helped. Had my goggles on and tried to swim underwater but at that temperature I couldn't regulate my breathing when submerged (it seemed impossible to hold a breath when it's so cold). I'll never forget the wall of turquoise when you're down there, 360 degrees all around you. Probably without the calming breathing technique I would have never gotten more than up to my ankles in that water - it was BONE chilling. Probably without the technique I'd never have this incredible memory! If nothing else I believe you learn how to focus your mind and do things you'd never expect go be able to do before.
Phew, excuse the rambling, on day 5 of a t-break and ... wait why am I on a vaporizer forum?!?
The same sensation struggling with holding breathing when its ice cold I experienced it couple times, I was able to hold it for very short period of time. Did the bone chilling effect, that calm coldness stays with you for some time afterwards? Did you ever encountered weird sensation in joints? In winter I felt numbness but just in one of five fingers on the foot for a while, do you experience this pump like feeling when getting out of water and then total bliss?
