the kings look unstoppable right now. ducks are in deep shit.
hawks will likely beat the wild, but it wont be easy. esp after the STL series... hawks are dinged up pretty good. i hope the wild wins, but my brain says otherwise.
as long as the hawks, kings, and bruins dont win the cup ill be happy.
now i need the Blues to sign Paul Stastny in the offseason.

normally i would agree, but after watching them find that sixth gear... im not sure there are any teams that can beat them. reminds me of how they played two years ago.

agree to disagree being that i am somewhat biased towards the ducks. Their just good, getzlaf, perry line is hard to beat. dont get me wrong the kings have speed, talent and are tough. the ducks have the grind that can win games. all those no name rookies and 4th liners that came up huge in the last series. both teams went to game 7 so both are "tired". the kings to me are just flaky(mainly quick) we will have to wait and see. Im excited

Indeed. Not sure if you read my post about how I got into hockey, but I basically stumbled upon CBC in April 2008 to see Bruins vs Habs. I decided to finish the series, and the rest was history.
Glad I got to experience Bruins/Habs Game 7 again.

at this point the two teams i am pulling for are the habs and the ducks with the habs being my preferred champ. game 7 of the kings/ducks series should be a good one. looking forward to it. either of those teams can beat the hawks, but they will have to execute.
regarding the decrim... i think we are very close to medicinal right now. currently in the city of STL having up to 30grams is punishable by a $100 fine. and if i recall correctly concentrates are not considered any more dangerous than flowers. anyway, the whole thing is a joke if you ask me. these people opposing it all really just need to grow up.

random note... i just saw a sneak peak at the new Blues sweaters for this season. and i must say... ME LIKEY!!! i will be ordering a #26 as soon as they are revealed and available. i would share the pic here, but i promised my source i would not as it could get him into some hot water. i can say that they are an older classic style. they should have went that route when RBK took over, but better late than never.

the blues logo and colors are some of the finest in pro sports IMO. cardinals being at the very top (birds on the bat is just so sic). i really like the nucks blue/green scheme as well.
regarding miller... no offense, but you can have him! and for 6mil a year...??? yikes. i have a feeling its going to be a tough year for your squad.
the ducks def got better. as did the stars. the west is going to be even better this season.

i was pissed when i heard the news about Boat. then the real story came out about how it all went down. all about the money for Boat so good fucking riddance!!!
i hope he can get back to his game, but honestly i think he is overrated. when the rumors were flying about the Blues getting Miller i was dead against it. i did not think he was that much of an upgrade from Halak. then the deal happened and evryone online was all "just give the blues the cup now" and that is when i started drinking the koolaid. turns out my original position was spot on. that whole ordeal stings with what we gave up to get him.
soooooo stoked to have Jake Allen up for the whole year. he is the future in net for the Note. he is going to be very good.

ya man agreed allen is a beast. thats why i like the ducks they also have some young goalies. as for miller now that i think about it he is possibly a little past his prime, we have some good backups but still, miller is getting a little older, just hope these nucks dont cause another riot
