Yea I ordered Wednesday it shipped the next day and is in Chicago as of this morning. so I should be getting it the next few days, says Friday but doubt it will take that long

I can't believe this just happened today 
I ordered on March 14th, got the shipping notification on 17th. My package arrived in Austria on 26th and was held at customs since then. Yesterday I checked the tracking again and it said there are issues with a "unplausible value of the goods". I sent them a Screenshot of my order with the price and an hour later the tracking said "on the way" again.
So, I checked again today and I couldn't believe what I was seeing: without any further information they just sent it back to vestratto!!!
Furious and outraged I called the service line and they told me they had to send it back, since the import of tobacco and tobacco related goods was illegal! I knew about that and that it was a problem when I was ordering e-cigarettes, but a dry herb vape has nothing to do with that!
Just to make it clear, in Austria weed is not legal, but it is totally legal to buy seeds, clones and paraphernalia. I have ordered dry herb vapes before, also from Canada and never had a problem, besides from having to pay additional import and service fees. I don't understand why this happened!
The Anvil was about 30min away from my home and now it gets returned without me ever even seeing it!
I guess I have to wait until the Anvil is available in EU stores

Edit: when I got home from work, a letter from post customs service awaited me... The product description says "The Anvil Portable Vaporizer"... Those stupid idiots don't even care, they read "vape" and instantly connect it with ecigs and nicotine
and yes, those are illegal to import to Austria...
I don't blame anybody for this @Vestratto , just sharing my sad experience. But as a friendly Tipp from "international customer side": may consider not using the word "vape" or "vaporizer" in any shipping documents in the future

I would not assume this is a general issue with orders to EU... Our customs are exceptionally strict and stupid (which is a bad combination
)
Vestratto does not put the word vaporizer anywhere when shipping, all EU orders have made it except for this one package and according to John the user was asked to import the product and it was rejected so it's getting sent back to Vestratto. Vestratto also believes they may be googling "vestratto" and seeing me white out the camera lol
But just wanted to let it be known that vestratto does not label anything as a vaporizer

Don't hesitate because of this one bad experience, guys! I wouldn't and I'm pretty sure the anvil is worth the struggle
Ya he is going to figure something out to make sure it doesnt happen again, this was what he was scared of happening during the very 1st drop that why at the beginning he was only shipping 5 or 6 packages at a time to test the waters.I never saw the package, so I can't say what's written on it. Im almost 100% sure thats what they saw and i just tried typing in "vestratto" into google and "vestratto anvil portable vaporizer" is giving as a suggestion. John is in talks now with some EU dealers so hopefully soon this can be resolved

Is now in talks cant be right, because Lacentralevapeur already offered anvils in december i think and not to wake old dogs, but the deal probably went the potv route a little bit, considering they wrote, that they expect the end of january as a delievery date.

I had a "pre-order" at LCV, but it was basically a scam since they were never promised any units until now. I just had it refunded this week. And because of that I am far down on the Vestratto waiting list...
LCV has a bad record for pre-orders (TinyMight) and putting up some s&b concept vape for sale that was never even produced so yeah, am a bit salty st le centrale vapeur.

Received my email to order today at a little after 12 noon. They say orders will start being fulfilled Monday April 5th, I signed up on January 10th.
Plan on sending my user to @Ed's TnT to see what he thinks and see if he can get some sexy wood stems figured out

I had the same package problem here in Austria when I ordered from Simrell and it's a pain in the ass... From what I found out is that if the package is labeled with the customs number and declaration "8419.90.9550
Aromatherapy Device Parts" there shouldn't be any problem that they investigate any further... I received my revolve stem like that from the UK and the guys from Qaroma are shipping their stuff like that as well without any problems...someone let John know to declare it like this then there shouldn't be any problems for us European customers in the future. I also made the mistake to order from lvc and am now patiently waiting to receive my email from vestratto one day.

Thanks for the information! Good to hear I'm not the only one running into issues with my orders from time to time!
I already told vestratto about trying to declare it as "aromatherapy device" via mail. But I didn't know the number... And maybe "aromatherapy device parts" is even better
thx for adding that. ... Now that you mention it, I remember the declaration on my revolve was that too and that was no issue at all to get to me.

man, I can totally feel you. I had the same problem with LCV. Got refunded and now I'm on the wait list since 28th of March. I hope it will be my turn to order soon as production is increasing!
I should have put my name directly on the wait list in the beginning of January instead of parking my money at LCV

The waitlist and ordering seems kind out of sync. I've read of others signing up early Feb have already gotten their email to order. Others who supposedly signed up in January have gotten nothing. I know there was confusion surrounding the waitlist and news list. It's all slightly messy.
I'm fairly certain I saw someone on here who signed up around Feb 10th was able to order. That was maybe around 2 weeks ago or so. I figured the Feb 20th people would be soon. No luck yet, but honestly I'm not in a rush anymore.

Me neither. I'm actually glad that some alternative, less extreme reviews of it have come in in the meantime. I just bought a B Zero and am starting to think that my money might be best spent elsewhere.
