Anybody else try anti-inflammation firecrackers, peanut butter with natural herbs (but not cannabis)? I developed plantar fasciitis so my heels are very sore/inflamed at times.
My physical therapist recommended several fruits/herbs for their anti-inflammation properties. These include tumeric with black pepper, pineapple, papaya, ginger.
Tumeric with black pepper has much better absorption rate and tumeric with fat can even bypass the liver and enter the bloodstream via the lymphatic system.
I could not easily find raw tumeric so got organic powdered which is strong tasting.
So, I did a tumeric/black pepper/ginger powder peanut butter firecracker which did a crackin' job of hiding the strong taste.
Note that since amping up a natural herb assault on my plantar fasciitis a few days ago, that has made the most dramatic improvement. It could be coincidence or those natural elements are really doing their magic.

I'd never had papaya before and it's "different", tastes like a cantaloupe with a bitter chaser. For now, I'm hiding it in my daily steel cut oats breakfast bowl
Most diseases have a heavy inflammation aspect so others may want to try the natural focused approach too.

Another mix I use is green tea with my fresh basil and diced fresh ginger root.
What have you tried and liked??
