Amsterdam: squishing & meet up?

First, any Netherlands FC folks that would like to meet up, please post or PM me. I'm heading over in a week to play in an international sports tournament. Love to do a meetup! 5/21-5/27

Actually, we are starting out in Haarlem (1o miles west of AMS) and home to the only coffeeshop I found that squishes rosin on site
Coffeeshop Willie Wortel's Indica has a press so that's a definite plan

Bag micron size: I'm more interested in yield over there so what micro bags would you veterans suggest for hash ( 72 u?) and for flower ( 160 u?)?

We'll be in Haarlem, then AMS Nord, with tourney play in Almere (18 miles SE of AMS).

Any suggestions for things to do or restaurants, etc are welcome and greatly appreciated!

25-37u for hash

You could use pretty much anything for flower, @psychonaut sent me a link recently where they were using 37-90 micron for flower.

The Nugsmasher guys like 160 for fresher flower and go down in micron size as it cures.

Willy wortels is awesome the owner nol is a legend def go there. They do 5g for the price of 4 on anything they have and also stocl the ekati labs cbg and cbn (dont buy the cheap ones i didnt rate them) Def go there and hang out grrat place. As a recomendation id say 1ehulp in dam for some banana and gg4 hash. And el guapo if you want the 30€ a g cali stuff.
