Am i supposed to recieve a conformation email from 7th floor?

hello all i just bought a silver surfer 3 days ago via paypal and ive yet to get a tracking number or order conformation from 7th floor, could it be that there backed up right now or do they even send them? has my unit been shipped?

Call them, I always got a confirmation but I only ordered from them a few times.

Apparently 7th floor had some computer issues recently so maybe that's what happened with your order. I recommend calling them directly.

they cleared it all up with a lightning fast email + tracking number A+ cant wait to rip out of this thing
