I've read several things over the forum, here my experience
I'm new to vaporizing, I got my first MFLB two weeks ago, I'm pretty happy w/ it, after 1 week I got used to it, everything was OK. I'm asthmatic and really had to quit smoking.
But since a few day I'm experiencing new bad symptoms :
When I smoke, I just feel high and good. But several hours later (usually when getting to bed), my lungs capacity shrinks (typical asthma), in a different way than smoking, my throat is burning and itches like allergy.
So I've read that vaping was keeping the pollen in you what you get, and may cause allergic reactions. That's not surprising me, since I got many allergies (pollen, cats ..)
I'm a bit surprised it only appeared after a two weeks use, but maybe I did it too much
trying to make a pause (which is difficult) , I will also try things like the whip or another, bigger, vaporizer, if I get an occasion to.
I'll try to master the tongue technique as well ...
