haven't heard anything since the initial email about them coming in july. I ordered on 4/15 - I just wish there was some actual update from the company
The thing I find most frustrating about this is it hasn't updated on their website and is estimating arrival by the end of July still, which sounds impossible for any kind of new purchase made now.

I hope this is a short lived frustration and they acknowledge an update to something more accurate with an August/September estimate or better yet, get these things out to us by the end of July. But, from what it sounds like that likely will not be the case with customs. Here is to hoping it is a full container that is coming through first so everyone here waiting months are not waiting even longer.

Just received an email from customer service:

"We’re currently waiting for the remaining batches, which are expected to arrive within the next 2–4 weeks.

While we don’t follow a specific number system, please rest assured that orders are being fulfilled in the order they were received. Based on the current schedule, we estimate that your order will ship within the next 2–4 weeks."

Big time bummer...
Wonder why I didn’t get this email was this from you contacting them

Last night I had a dream. I had a shipping confirmation email from Apollo/Airvape EU and I rang my buddy who ordered three days after me to tell him!

Unfortunately it was just a dream. However I'm turning off notifications for this thread as it is clearly affecting me :rofl:

I don't know how many people work directly for Airvape but if you want a PR and marketing consultant; I have a wealth of experience from both a manufacturing as well as administrative perspective.

I remain patiently waiting
 
I got the same boiler plate email yesterday after I wrote them:
"Hope your day is going well! My name is XXXX -- your customer support representative. Thanks for reaching out to follow up -- I'll do my best to help you with this!
Our manufacturer is shipping the PRO 2 units in batches. The first shipment has already arrived at our warehouse, and our fulfillment team has started sending out some of the pre-orders. We’re currently waiting for the remaining batches, which are expected to arrive within the next 2–4 weeks.

Seems to be in the air ... Phase 3's manufacturer had machine troubles and pushed the ZXLs back some too. I figure it's a gentle reminder that I have plenty of other toys to play with while I wait. It's actually quite educational (and fun) to see how much experience effects technique and how much technique can change a kinda meh device to a hey that's not too bad ...
