Also ordered on 4/15 and nothing yet.

It isn't an obligation at all for Gary/Airvape to be a little more transparent on status to keep our expectations in line, but it would be really nice. I tend to travel a good amount in the summers and it is kinda challenging to plan ahead and make sure I'll be home.

Of course I can always have them hold it at the post office, but that would not really be convenient either (lines are 1-2 hours long typically around here which is a challenge during business hours).

Aside from that I am a patient person and have waited years before if I believe in the product or company, but I really do much better with proper communication and expectation (re)setting.

I'm curious if this or the frolic gets to me first lol.

Well at least we know they aren't fulfilling in the order they received as was claimed.

EDIT misread the date as the day after. I should stop posting comments when I'm still waking up

I bought the Legacy 2 because of of the early sale price and a spontaneous purchase. I brought out my Legacy Pro to get a feel for the performance again and I was let down and reminded of why it doesn’t win my reach test, especially with capsules.

I’ve got a bad habit of buying new vapes I don’t need and seeing how the performance on the Pro is the same as the Legacy 2, I feel that I goofed again and it’s going to go back in the drawer… :(

Since this is the shipping thread, maybe you could tell us why in the main thread?

Not that I didn’t want to tell why it doesn’t win the reach test. Just a brain fart for not including more details. I posted more in depth on the main thread. I appreciate the suggestion :)

Seems to have gone a bit quiet regarding orders shipping out from the US. I was in the first round of preorders and haven't heard anything as yet.

I also ordered a FATX from the 4th of July offer and that is currently in Albania instead of the UK where I actually live for some reason!

Oh well, I'm sure they will both get here eventually! 🤣

Just received an email from customer service:

"We’re currently waiting for the remaining batches, which are expected to arrive within the next 2–4 weeks.

While we don’t follow a specific number system, please rest assured that orders are being fulfilled in the order they were received. Based on the current schedule, we estimate that your order will ship within the next 2–4 weeks."

Big time bummer...

When did you order yours?
If orders from the first set of preorders have to wait up to another month for shipping then it would be nice if Gary-Airvape could let us know here, if only so I'm not checking my email repeatedly for a shipment email 😂

Since they said 2-4 weeks for "the remaining batches" I think it's just best to assume nothing will ship in the next 2 weeks, and be open to a pleasant surprise. I personally am just hoping it arrives before I leave for two weeks in September.

I agree. Some communication would be nice. I ordered mine on 4/15.

Wait, they haven't even fulfilled all orders placed on the first day the preorder was opened yet?
I ordered on the 17th of April. Looks like I might get it before Christmas if I'm lucky 😂
@Gary-Airvape will the next shipment cover all preorders placed in the first few days? Waiting will be much easier if some clarity is provided.
