"We don’t follow a specific number system when shipping pre-orders, but rest assured, we are fulfilling orders based on the order in which they were received. For the first batch, we’re prioritizing customers who took advantage of the very first pre-order offer—those who placed their orders back in April."

I checked your order, and it looks like you’re one of those early customers. You can rest assure

This is the response I got when I emailed them:

We recently sent a mass email with a quick and transparent update regarding the Legacy PRO V2 pre-order. When we first announced this upgraded version, we projected a release by the end of June. However, production has taken a bit longer than anticipated as we've been working hard to perfect every detail of the new model.

The good news is that we're almost there — our manufacturer is shipping the PRO 2 units in batches and the first shipment has already been dispatched, so we’re expecting to receive them very soon!

We know delays can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your patience and support as we work to deliver a product that exceeds expectations.

Thank you again for being part of this journey with us. We’ll send another update as soon as shipping begins!
