I don't think it's unfair for people to be excited, then a bit disappointed when late June turned to early July, which has now passed.

I haven't seen anyone who is actually angry about it, just mild disappointment. I'm still happy as long as it doesn't get pushed to September or something.

An update about the current situation is all what is needed. I'm sure some people (including myself) would just better handle further delays if only some official statement could land here to explain the situation. People have invested their money and would simply like to be updated.

No bad blood here. Let's remember: We are not living in a perfect world, but we should respect each other. Peace!

just throwing it out there ... maybe as a gesture, pre-orderers could get a discount on accessories, and the option to add it on to this order (so no extra shipping fee?) I know I was personally hoping for a sale on the dosing bundle on July 4 or 710 and kinda bummed that didn't happen, on top of being bummed about the delay. Sorry... I know this is out of y'all's hands, but this was meant as a birthday gift, and since it got delayed I sent my sister my own Fury 3, so I'm climbing up the walls a little… 😵‍💫

Given my previous experience with emailing Airvape (EU) support I'd not get your hopes up, they didn't even reply to me last time
My recent experience with emailing US support was great. I did take a quick look in the other thread, but my search term (tied to email) was too broad. I'd love to add some accessories to my pre-order - as long as I don't have to do it over again and potentially drop further down in the queue.

I ordered the capsules back in April with my reorder.

I don't mind the delay. We have issues with shipping goods internationally at my work all the time so I understand why there might be issues, plus paperwork, customs is already a nightmare.

Some official comms on the airvape website would be nice - this is their big new release and there's no sense of a product launch event or engagement with the community to try and get a bit of excitement going rather than just waiting for an update.

However the pre order was a great deal and there's nothing else for me to do right now except wait.

Yeah it's not a big deal either way and I empathize with their situation (though the communication could be better) it's just an idea for a nice little sweetener they could offer us patient loyal customers. Not asking for something free, I just thought a little extra discount might be nice. But I'll be ok either way and I'm sure I'll eventually get the dosing capsules (though I'll probably wait til next time they're on sale lol)
