granted it hasn’t released yet, but are there any third party stems that would work on this thing? I love vaping, but some handheld devices have stock parts that don’t do enough to cool the vapor that gets produced.

Everything I've seen about that has said that the connection is exactly the same as their Angus vape. So I assume anything made for the Angus or at least the updated Angus should work. And I am positive if it ends up selling well, there will be 3rd party options made as well.

*Edit. I forgot to mention, that I believe it comes with a WPA stem, so you could run it through any J-hook, bong, etc. I also think I saw that they include parts that allow you to hold cooling beads in any of the different stems they include. Although I've looked at so many videos about different vapes, I may be confusing that with what they included in the Angus, or something else.

Does the Angus bowl add some conduction compared to a stem loaded convection device (e.g., TM)? Wondering if the Aerolite will be similar to the Angus, even though it's not halogen based...
I would say that if you use the AE glass capsules and have a moderately long session (>3 min), then yes, some conduction is present as the glass slowly absorbs heat from the hot air over time. Without capsules, I would say the Angus is heavily convection biased.
