I came back to this recipe yesterday needing a fast turn around on it. Using a ratio from the recipe for 2g of ABV and a double boiler I found it worked perfectly. Now in the past it has worked ok , but I tried it yesterday for a longer time , 40 minutes. Same double boiler , medium heat , low simmer, I made sure it was simmering just enough but not burning off the milk rapidly. I strained the milk into a cup of coffee and about an hour later I was feeling the full effects which seemed stronger this time. Anyway, good recipe.
