Tek ABV Concentrate experiment: What method is best?

This ABV rso is looking amazing. Added a bit of water. Boiling that off now

Ok done now! It almost turned into budder. Took a small taste on my tounge and I couldn't taste a thing. Pretty sure I've purged out everything. Added distilled water twice to be sure. I think I'm gunna eat a ball right now

I think the best you can do with ABV to "purify" it would be a water-cure on it (in a permeable container like a tied-up coffee filter?) to remove any excess chlorophyll. The cannabinoids are barely water-soluble so any loss to the water would be negligible. Hell, I just mix my ABV with Nutella or yogurt and eat it real quick...

Without extracting from ABV? Just throwing everything in and eating. Wouldn't that give you a tummy ache.? And wouldn't the high be less intense?

i usually eat my AVB w/o straining.. i powder it up w/ my fingers.. so its really fine.. it's just easier and IMO it works better, and lasts a lot longer.. just has a super slow onset but it's smoother IMO.. and it lasts all day... some times i'll eat a good amount just before bed, sleep really solid, wake up and be high for something like half the day... my stomach handles it well.

Yep, just like Buildozer said. I seriously have one of those pop-top nug jugs that I got a eighth in that I throw all my ABV in, though if I vape it lightly I put it in another container. Then I just weigh out what I want on my scale, add to a little cup of yogurt/nutella/whatever, and eat it straight. I don't let it sit, I just mix and munch. You'd be surprised how well it works... I've greened out a few times actually. The second time I did it, I ate it around 7pm, just fell asleep around 9.30... woke up 12 hours later still stoned out of my mind. Momma took me to ihop and I proceeded to munch out If I remember correctly, I was stoned until around 12-1pm.

So you are eating around 3g straight hmmmmmmmm. I can just fill capsules with dry abv and pop them. That would be a good way to travel as well.

No, not that much! I usually go for a gram to a gram and a half for a nice mellow buzz, but honestly it depends on what I'm vaping and how well I've vaped it. I also grab a bit of bubble hash and occasionally some extra kief, so that's in the ABV jar too. The bubble I like to add to my LB trenches usually, though I'll also put some on the concentrate trays (that doesn't get eaten, just torched off). I did the capsule thing a couple of times but honestly I'm so fucking sick of swallowing pills I don't bother anymore. Plus if I can get a little bit of food in my stomach at the same time it's a bonus for me

I am going to have to seriously check out just eating it. I do use a straw to clean whatever bowl I am using but that is just crumbs. Why bother making any edibles if that works well and takes no time or energy.

I was just thinking of throwing it in capsules if you are traveling on a plane then no vape necessary to bring. Swallow a pill in the morning and you are good for the day.

Ok guys I see you like to eat it straight. For me. Too weak. I've always needed a strong edible. This ABV RSO is amazing. Took a bigger dose and it's hitting how I want it now. Nice strong body high with clarity. Nice to have some vape hits on top. My next adventure will be fresh bud RSO.

Because it is a concentrate of my ABV. Very easy to make, just look at my above posts.

ISO extracted oil, but you use water to purge off all the iso so it can be used as an edible. I've only tried ABV RSO so far tho.

I use my ABV qwiso in a dedicated oil pen cart and I find it works great (as opposed to going edibles with it). I use it when I want a little anxiety relief but I don't want to be spaced out; it gives me about 25% of the head stone and a good solid body high which is nice in some circumstances.

The taste is not great (in fact, it's kinda bad), but compared to smoking cigarettes or even a bowl of flowers, it doesn't taste miserable. I just make sure to have a drink around, but usually, I find it to be tolerable. I mostly use concentrates, so having something at half-speed is kinda nice once in a while, even if the taste/flavor isn't as good as normal.
