No water pipe is going to have as little drag as you would need to use after having your wisdom teeth out. They don't want you to cough or sneeze because it could cause you to get a dry socket. My suggestion for when you have your tooth out is to get a vaporizer with a fan assisted feature like the Extreme Q. Then turn the blower on and let the vapor blow in your face and inhale naturally. You really don't want to risk getting a dry socket. Coughing from getting a big hit could cause one.

When I had my wisdom tooth out it was a annoying process because I was older. It took them three hours just to remove one. I used an Extreme Q and prescription pain pills I was able to deal with the pain. My recovery process was about a month though. After about 3 days I went back to using a water pipe because my doctor said it was fine for me to do so. He said under no circumstances would any water pipe be okay to use. Even drinking through a straw could cause issues. Don't risk it.

Volcano would be better then the SSV. Even drawing through a whip could be too much pressure. You can inflate the volcano bags. Then hold the bag up to your lips, but press on the bag to deflate it as you breath in.
