Is there a 18650 mod (preferably with TC) that is compatible with the Puffco Peak atomizer or an adapter for the atomizer so that it can be screwed into a 510-mod. Does such a thing even exist? Tia.

No such thing exists. The threading on the bottom of the Peak atomizer will not fit anything other than the Peak.
There are a bunch of 510 Wax Atomizers that can be paired with a bottomless banger or Hydrotube which may suit you. These can work with atomizers from AVS, BBVapes, Divine Tribes, HVT and probably more.
