I am aware of that, I do mean Paris, France.
But believe me, BIG difference between what's on paper and what happens every year since I am aware of that march (1996).

At most 50 people surrounded by a 100 cops. I saw it, and did the math a few years ago.

And if I remember well, I think it didn't even took place every year lately.

So, IMO, that's what can be called : not happening in Paris, France

will try to have a look this year to report though.

Really ?! I really thought there should be an event or something. I'll be in Paris on the 8th and will be there. Maybe there won't be a big crowded place, but I just wanted to be there.
Just hope I won't be alone, but I guess not ... there are some weed lover in Paris for sure
