Survivalism started explaining to me a battery you could possibly rig up to work with the 
each part has to be ordered and soldered together. also it could have to potential to explode. not stoner friendly in my eyes 
but could the pd just run off of like a couple of D battery's or some shit..idk im not knowledgeable in electronics at all so I really have no idea. I have seen RC mini planes get a charge off a batt. pack. I mean shit the pd is only 8W..who knos..not me thats for sure
