“Recessed tank” mod with VW as low as 7W

Hello!
I’m trying to find a mod for use with pre-filled oil cartridges.
I’d like it to have the tank recessed/ concealed in the mod, similar to the Eleaf Ikonn Total http://www.eleafworld.com/eleaf-ikonn-total/

However it needs to be VW and go as low as 5-7 Watts.
Removable 18650 preferred but not a must.

Any recommendations? Cheers!

Is there any reason you specifically need a 'mod' and not just a stick battery or cartridge-specific battery that can do VV?

There are a lot of concealed cart batteries out there, but none of them are really 'mods.'

I find the ones with the magnetic battery rings can get finicky on me from time to time. But the form factor is really great when they work, and micro usb port reduces my battery anxiety. Though truthfully you do not need a lot of battery to power a cart, even if you're using it all day you should be fine.

Yea, I would guess that a single 18650 could probably drain maybe 10 or more 0.5g cartridges before needing a charge. It's just sort of overkill IMHO.

The Ccell Palm and edab Fantom are not really Variable Voltage - they have some auto-voltage thing that runs at like 15W. I haven't looked into it because I prefer a traditional variable voltage battery or, when at home, an actual box mod.

I would love to find a VV concealed-cart battery that has a traditional screw-on 510 thread instead of a magnetic ring, but no luck so far. The magnetic ring mods fail to hit like maybe 5% of the time. It doesn't cause any problems or anything, but you might take a big long draw and then realize that the battery wasn't working due to a shoddy connection....

i am as well interested in this thread and have encountered the same problems with the magnetic screw on of the ccell palm and silo. Any tips or info ? I just like quick 3sec draws and be done with. I prefer concelead carts that screw into a standard thread. like the ccell carts.

But I’ll still call them out on the TWIST not having at least a 3 level battery indicator, the LED is already there, blinking more then it needs to, to say I’M ON! Next model.... lol if it makes you feel better the Uni S has 3 leds for the 3 temps and doesn't have a battery indicator either...
