Finally I can provide something to the forum. I ordered the Pocket v2 Aluminum on June 5 directly from the zamgrinders.com website. It was delivered on June 10th. (I had not seen this thread before deciding to purchase.)

Is there a similar thread for 2025? Sorry, every way I try to search for any number (2025, 7/10, 710, etc.) I get an error message. I'm in the process of reviewing my first dab device(s) purchase(s), and I'm wondering whether to wait before I buy anything.

Just got my hands on a TM2 today. Love the way it was made, the evident engineering and (at least reputed - can't yet confirm firsthand) reliability and taste/results. Perhaps going out on a limb here (and demonstrating the early stages of FC device addiction), but is there something equivalent...

And sorry if my tangents above (or this one) are not appropriate for this thread. If so, please let me know and I can do a separate thread. Now is there something of similar quality and build that I should consider in lieu of the Puffco Pivot?

OP - any update on what you purchased and how it is/they are working? Thanks for this thread. I am also looking at additional 510 batteries and share some of the same goals and reservations. I am loving the Kodo Pro, and as time passes (and is wasted comparing other options), I keep asking...

I just ordered today and receive tomorrow my TM. Any suggestions of what to do first, and what not to do, would be most appreciated. This will be my first DHV.

As quickly as I crossed the ArGo (and rumored Argo 2) off my list for the TM2 PH, I've already been rationalizing a need for the ArGo. And so it begins.

My spreadsheet is expanding then contracting. Just marked off the Pulsar 510 DL 5.0 Pro and the Cartisan Veil Bar Pro EVO due to problems others have reported. I will check out the Fino and Palm Pro!

My aesthetics bent is costing me money. I'm now looking at 510 battery options and the Vessel Compass and Compass Rise look pretty sweet - even though neither one covers the cart.

I didn't spend as much time on the research for the Pivot as for the DHV, but I really liked the Pivot - especially in the mocha.

I'm in the market for a new stealthier battery, so this caught my eye. Does such a beast exist as you describe above? I don't mind paying a bit more, especially if it also is aesthetically pleasing.

Agreed. Analysis Paralysis combined with concerns about a better version coming out can lead one to never buy anything. But since I tend to create my own rabbit holes, now I can get back to the ones that were on the back burner - first dab pen (leaning towards the Puffco Pivot) and a 510...
