Is the new adapter/stand only for the v2? I just lost my wand stand and wanted to buy a new one, but maybe I can wait. Any insights on when it will realease (the adapter/stand)?

In my experience charring comes from the adapter placement. Try moving the tempest to the lower line (so less deep) from the manual

The helix tube has no indicator. The indicator is on the cooling unit. You cannot change it. It doesn't matter if you insert the helix tube or the direct tube, the indicator stays the same. And that's the thing: The same setting of the cooling unit will always lead to the exact opposite...

Yes, the manuals are different. In the revolve gen 2 manual the names "bypass" and "open", refer to the path the fresh air takes. "Bypass" means it bypasses the condenser/helix and goes directly towards the mouthpiece. "Open" means it goes toward the cap first, joins the vapor and then moves...

Nope. That is exactly the point. What you say is what bypass mode refers to in the revolve gen 2 manual. But in the tempest manual it does not. Here is what they call the bypass mode in the tempest manual "DIRECT BYPASS Fresh air is drawn through the air hole (1) and routed around the helix...

These are actually doing the exact opposite. In the manual for the revolve "bypass" and "open" refer to the vapor path. "Bypass" always means that the fresh air takes a direct path to your mouth, "bypassing" the condenser or helix. In the tempest manual online, "bypass" and "open" refer to...

With the direct tube, this setting leads to the bypass vapor path. With the helix tube this exact same setting is the open vapor path though. My guess is that people assume one symbol is for it being the open vapor path, and the other symbol is for it being the bypass vapor path. But in...

Because of a recent discussion: How many people do you think miss that the open airflow setting with the direct tube leads to the bypass setting if you use the helix tube/ the bypass setting with the direct tube leads to the open setting with the direct tube? I think many people will have a...

    Vapman

I have the possibility to get a VapMan pure (no click) with an simrell intercooler and metal mouthpiece, cherry woodd, barely used for 50-55€. Whats your opinion on getting that vs the VapMan click for 75€? I would only use it like once every two weeks, which is why I think the click may be...

You got a spare ball screen? Because I think I didn't. "Regular removal" means every 300 bowls according to the online manual. That's every 2 months if you vape 5 bowls a day. I don't think that a metal screen will break from that.

Portable, electronic sipper vape for a user with no tolerance.

I will one day get one, because I love wood, would love the fast heat up time and like butane vapes. But, sitting at a public beach in summer or at a bus station I will definitely not whip a vapman out, carefully fill it with weed and then heat it with a jet flame haha. I can get flower from a...

Portable, electronic sipper vape for a user with no tolerance.

The vapman is no solution sadly. I want a sipper which also is portable and can be used in public. That is why I said "Also, while the Woodwynd is kinda portable with a lighter, using that setup in public can be kinda sketchy".

Portable, electronic sipper vape for a user with no tolerance.

Hi! I am currently searching for a vape which I can use while going for a walk or hiking, or to use as a sipper at home. I also have a Woodwynd, tempest and a ruby twist Ballvape. But sometimes I just want to take a lot of little puffs over the timeframe of an hour and that is just not really...

    Arizer Solo 3

How do you like the Solo 3 as a portable sipper? I have the chance to get it for 160$ and still need something portable but it worry about it's size and the fact that you have to transport the glass mouthpiece separately

How do you use it as a slow session sipper?

Can anyone suggest best microdosing options for around 0.025g

Just want to chime in: The tempest has a click but more importantly a visual indicator. You can also use it in the wand and I often use it with 0.025g and it still gives you visible clouds. Also nice design and you can customise it to work to your liking. Also MadHeaters is from the UK. Only...

Somehow I must have missed that. Could you maybe tell me which technique that is?

Does anyone know of the minimum and maximum wand temperatures (till timeout) that are used for the tempest? Lowest I have seen is 490F and highest 610F. I personally enjoy 535F.

I changed the adapter height. It's not at the minimum insertion depth recommended by the manual. Worked great, had no problem with uneven roasts in half bowl settings atleast!

Like I said I use the half bowl anyway. But I would love to see your wand insertion depth, because I think that that is the most likely reason :)
