I second that. Heating a Dynavap with a butane torch does have a learning curve that can be frustrating. An induction heater, once set up just right, will produce the same result every time. The "setting up" the IH consists mainly of adjusting the insertion depth of the Dynavap into the coil...

Here's my advice about the S&B capsules. It is very easy to push the stem in with sufficient force to press the screen out of its position down towards the heater. On an OG TM that can cause a short across the heater,which would probably not be good. The TM2 has another screen above the heater...

No click. More visual, heat the very top until the top of the cap glows. Works great indoors, never tried in bright sunlight.

Absolutely. The regular Convector fits on a 10mm, so you may need an adapter for a 14mm or 18mm piece. The Convector XL fits on a 14mm glass piece. One piece of advice: Don't hit it too hard, or you will likely combust. Easy does it :-)
