    Really depends on my mood and the bud I have. If I'm wanting maximum flavor I'll slowly step it up, if I'm busy and need a quick rip its usually a 3 step process with massive clouds.

    I would highly doubt it, I think you would stop before you would really cook anything. Not to say there wouldn't be any damage from inhaling very hot vapor, but I doubt your lungs would allow it for too long if it really was causing major damage.

    I find habitual/daily use definitely effect my REM sleep. As soon as I stop within a couple days I am getting vivid dreams, which are rare when I use daily.

    I think its really hard to beat the TM2. Takes me only about 15 minutes to do a deep clean, about 30 seconds to clean and load a new bowl.

    I got my 4 pill High Artisan stem couple days ago. Airflow is way more open than the stock stem and for me produces way bigger clouds. Glass definitely gets hot towards the bottom. I recommend it, looks and works great.
