I have found in practice, that as the batteries run down the heating takes slightly longer and the RGB goes further into the colour sequence. Initially I was thinking that deep indigo was the 'colour' of the second click. But as the batteries ran down it surprised me and from a cold start went...
Cheers, As I mentioned above, I am considering getting the VHB Mini (plug-in), it doesn't seem to come with an RGB LED option, but the purple LED would probably be my next choice.
I have been experimenting with using my Simrell Vortex with the VHB carbon II, either 3 heatings to double clicks...
Thanks Riik, that makes sense. I really like the portability of the VHB Carbon II, but I'm mindful that eventually I'll most likely have to send it back to the US for new batteries and since I mostly vape in the garage, buying a plug-in version (the VHB Mini) if it works just as well as the...
Can anyone make a comparison between the Carbon II and the plug-in Mini (not the portable Carbon mini)?
I am rapt with the Carbon II and I am now thinking of getting a plug-in as well (only the mini plugs in, right?). That way I can just use the plug-in in the garage and the Carbon II for...
I just got my Carbon II today from the recent 420 sales, was late ordering but a bit of patience and arrived like clockwork. Really really nice unit! Steve tuned it already for a long heat up with the glass level. After an initial full charge which seemed to take between 5 and 6 hours before...
I just ordered the same purple/black carbon II special but with rgb. Now is the bit where one practices patience. You must be feeling that it is close eh!
I am loving my large BCG. It's a real pleasure to grind herb with, and I have been using it at every opportunity, altho I can't get thru my various containers of ground bud fast enough.
Last week, I was given a sample of some freshly cured White Widow, it was still quite sticky but the BCG...
Just in inform that I received my large BCG on 2nd August, and it's a beauty! It took about 7 weeks to get the notification and 3 weeks for delivery to NZ. The wait is not worth sweating about because it's a grinder for life! :D
I love the buttery smooth action of this grinder and how after a couple of taps all the mull is sitting in the bottom ready for use. This is the nicest grinder I have ever had and it makes grinding up some buds to be a real pleasure. A big thumbs from me, love it! 👍👍👍
Good for you @alltoreup , yesterday I got my large BCG with medium plate:clap:so now for a short round of...
:uhoh:What's in the box? :uhoh:
I am rapt to have received it. It was just over 7 weeks after ordering before I got the shipping...
Shipping update: I have been checking the shipping everyday from the link given, but it showed my BCG had been sitting in BC Canada for 2 weeks unchanged since I received notification of its shipment. On a whim I googled and got the direct Asendia site and tried entering the tracking number in...
There is a BCG shipping thread, I put my order details on it for the interest of anyone else when the notice of completion of my BCG came through, but that thread hadn't been getting any posts for a while. All in all it doesn't matter, I am just rapt to be getting one. After all this is a...
I can't help but to check the tracking each day to see if any updates to the shipment of my BCG. However, so far the last update was on the 14th of July from Surrey BC, it's being sent with Asendia, which perhaps is a little bit slower than the other more expensive shipping options. Anyway, one...
The wait time is unfortunately what it is, but this is a grinder for life! So bearing that in mind I feel the wait time is really nothing, it'll pass and then it's in your hand! When I think of all the years I have been smoking/vaping for, 7 weeks is really nothing to wait for a quality piece...
Well, I haven't been as colourful and bold as most. Initially I liked the plain silver appearance for reminding me of something amazingly machined from 100 years ago, and I thought if it got any chipping that being silver it wouldn't show.
For colours I first was taken with the black top/bottom...
Wow! I am stoked to say that just now, today, I have received confirmation that my large BCG is completed and being shipped now. Ordered on 20 May, completed 14 July. It is in the cold dark of Winter where I am so this is a beacon of light knowing that it is on it's way to me! Great stuff. I am...
Just above yesterday, I made mention I was awaiting my BCG order, made on 20 May 2021.
Today (14 July), I am stoked to say I have received confirmation that it is completed and is being shipped now. Fantastic!:rockon::)
I see this thread has been neglected for a while.
But just to get it going again with my recent order details. I ordered a Large BCG/Medium plate on May 21st when the website said there was a 7 week lead time. It's getting close to 8 weeks so I am guessing I will hear from them soon, I am...
