Yeah after it gets to a certain temp. The button and the upper part of the handheld heating unit near the cooling fins will stay HOT. And you can feel some of that residual heat in the button. It doesn't cool down quickly enough if you leave it on. You have to turn it off for it to really cool...

Yeah the button does get HOT on back to back long reheat for me. I can use it for my DaniBFG for only initial heat and a reheat then I have to turn it off and let it cool down. It works great for the Convector which it was designed for though because that heats in 3to5 seconds. You don't run...
