My experience with customer support after a faulty TM I purchased a Tinymight "1.5" on march 2022 and it performed great until early november 2023. After a quick email exchange and some weeks of DYI work to try to fix it, the results were very inconsistent. It would produce heat for ~5 seconds...

Bought a T-20 today and fixed it! Had to disassemble the whole unit after trying to wiggle and test, multiple times. Cleaned the top plate with ISO and added a bit of height also to the top plate. Basically followed this guide Back to its prime :rockon:

Appreciate the input, it was in fact the same as Tinymight support, who also promptly replied. Will get a T-20 and report the results!

I purchased my Tinymight in march 2022 (TM v1.5?) and since last month that it is impossible to brown my AVB on a 10. Little clouds. Batteries have 4 months, Molicel p28a, they're new, have 6 so long rotation in between. Always used external charger (Xtar SC2). Never fully closed the battery...

Appreciate it! Will buy the P28A's, since the difference in price isn't that high.

Are Molicel's P26A still the best 18650 for our device? Planning to get new ones.

What's the difference between a Nitecore charger and my current one to justify the replacement? I don't wait for a charge since I have 3 batteries. When the last one is being used, I charge the other two.

Always used 3x Molicel P-26a, 1 charge per day for all of them by an Xtar SC2 only since May. With that in mind, can you throw a number at how long should they last before a replacement?

Does anyone know why sometimes the "low battery" vibration kinda misreads the actual level? I press the button to heat, it shuts down vibrating accordingly, but when I turn it on again it still gives me 3 vibrations (75%) left and it's ready to heat again.

Yeah, once the vibration is felt I just turn it a quarter more.

Guys, would it be better for batteries if I stop using the device at battery vibration = 1, instead of charging only after the device forces the shut down? Thinking about the same principle as Li-ion batteries from smartphones, although I reckon that our batteries won't reach a complete drain...

Exhaled, yes. Exactly, no smell. It's a plus for me. Love the herb smell but the stealth aspect is pretty convenient.

Is there any information regarding battery consumption while idle? (on demand mode, obviously)
