Can anyone help me please? I have just turned my Carta on and it shows battery level ok then button press to power on - then 5 white flashes and it powers off. Is this a short? How to I repair it please?

What a ripper, wow it really shows up my old enail this Carta... Very impressive! One quick question.. When pressing button 5 times to turn on, it seems you have to press button once again to start heating, got that - but it only seems to give you like 3s to press as after that it does not heat...

Hey all UK dabber here just got my Carta and man does this thing rip. Im sure there's a technique to get, its gonna be fun finding out.. Also awaiting the app :)
