I belive in the science, and over all, I definitely think it disturbs perfect sleep. But, The way I use it is so I don't dream. I Have

Until it's legal on the Federal level, there is little research. Just think, THC and CBD are the two most studied cannabinoids, and there are over 100 complex cannabinoids in the plant. federal freedom will allow more research!

if I'm vaping with a vaporizer I can adjust the temp, I'll vape around 365F in the day time, and bump it up to a little past 400F if I want to bring on the cannabinoids that influence sleep.
I've had this Høj grinder for a couple of years. it's a really well engineered piece of gear. My only complaint is that the blades don't slice/grind sticky/icky flower very well. the flower gunks up the blades. the product is extremely easy to clean because its all held together by magnets. So...
